Carrot Raisin Salad

  • 4 medium carrots, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ΒΌ cup of raisins
  • 1 C. cooked peas
  • juice of 1 lemon


Preparation:

In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix carrots, raisins, sugar and lemon. Serve chilled.
