Grape Tomato & Green Bean Salad
Servings: 4Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) grape tomatoes, halved
Preparation:
Bring pot of salted water to boil on HIGH; add beans and blanch 2-3 min, until crisp-tender. Drain; toss with oil. Add grape tomatoes; toss to mix.
